Pamela Dodgen, Ph.D., MFT
President
Pam possesses a Doctorate in Psychology with a focus on Sport Psychology and holds licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist. Her professional experience spans various environments, encompassing many years in crisis residential programs and elementary school counseling. She has also lent her expertise to sports psychology, equipping both individual athletes and sports teams with the cognitive tools necessary to attain a competitive advantage without requiring additional training hours.
In her role as the President of Grant's Crusade, Pam is committed to providing life-altering opportunities for children and their families. These opportunities will enable children to access and showcase their innate creativity, strength, and resilience, allowing for personal growth, independence, and self-sufficiency. The Foundation occupies a profoundly intimate corner of her heart, driving Pam's determination to raise consciousness about the remarkable aptitudes and fortitudes inherent in individuals who are neurodivergent. Pam's passion revolves around cherishing and commemorating people's differences, recognizing that by embracing each individual's authentic self we will in turn contribute to enriching our global community.

Carla Aparicio
Trustee
Carla is a photographer with a degree in Communication Advertising from the Universidad Anahuac in Mexico City. Carla has attended numerous photographic courses and workshops at UCLA and with Julia Dean in Venice, CA. She has a Certificate of Achievement in Photography from Santa Monica College in Los Angeles, CA.
Her lens is a medium that allows her to express herself by getting in touch with her inner self. She believes there is always a story to share, a life lesson to uncover and a moment to capture.
Carla has been transforming and expanding her art in areas of personal evolution such as yoga, meditation, as well as in collaborative projects such as hand weaving her photography with communities in Nepal and Puebla. Nature, music, architecture and the uniqueness of people inspire her deeply and remind her how interconnected our world really is.

Ted Reich
Advisory Board Member
Ted is a partner in the CPA firm of Reich and Walner LLP and Of Counsel to the Law Firm of Ahrens DeAngeli Law Group. He is married to Wendy C. Reich and they have two children, Corey Reich and Clare Flynn.
Ted is a board member, Audit Committee Chair, and Treasurer of ALS Therapy Development Institute (TDI), a public charity with its own drug development lab solely dedicated to stopping ALS. The Reich family has raised over $10 million for TDI through Corey's Crusade and Young Faces of ALS with the support of friends like Javier Burillo.

Thomas Glenndahl
Trustee
Thomas Glenndahl, was born in Sweden in 1946, and educated in the United States and Europe; and currently maintains homes in Waterloo, Belgium; Ferragudo, Portugal, and Tiburon, CA.
Mr. Glenndahl graduated with a Master of Business Administration degree in international marketing from Gothenburg School of Economics in 1970.

His professional experience includes: Commercial Attaché with the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Paris, France from 1970 to 1971; Investment Banker with Barclay Securities (London, England), from 1972 to 1974; Director of Interstudy in San Francisco, CA, from 1974 to 1977; CEO of Sitzmat, Inc., (San Francisco, CA), from 1977 to 1981; and Founder of ASPECT International Language Schools in San Francisco in 1982, which was sold to Sylvan Learning (Nasdaq)/Laureate in 1998.
This included ASPECT Foundation, a 501 (c)(3) non-profit international student exchange organization.
Since 1998, he has been an independent investor and consultant. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors of Applied Nanoscience Inc. (US), Mr. Glenndahl is currently a director or board member of several companies, including: MCH Telecom (Turkey); Transnico International Group SA (Belgium), Great Brazil Express (Brazil), ASPIRE Education (US), Equity Dynamics and Global Direct Partners (Sweden), Aitellu Technologies (Sweden and US) and SPOKO FinTech Ventures.

Lisa Biddle,
ED.S., M.S.ED.
Trustee
A passionate advocate for children and families, Lisa is an Education and Behavior Specialist, who is currently pursuing a post graduate degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis. She works with families and school systems with the goal of guiding families and teams toward mutually agreeable outcomes for complex behavioral, educational, and family issues.
In addition to years of professional experience, which include owner at Sonoma Behavioral Consulting; District level Behavior Specialist; Teaching grades K thru 12 (in RSP, SED, ASD and GE classrooms); Trained for 1 year at UCSF’s Center for Autism (now known as STAR Center); Spent 18 mos. developing and conducting research for the Sweetwater Spectrum Innovative Housing in Sonoma; Developed and taught “Tools for Managing Students w/Autism Spectrum Disorders in General Education Classrooms” for the Marin County Office of Education; As well as multiple county and state certified trainings in the areas of Autism Spectrum Disorders, behavior, conflict resolution, trauma informed care, and PBIS (positive behavior intervention strategies) .

Daniel Dodgen,
CFP®, ChFC, CLU
Trustee
Born in San Diego California. Dan holds a degree from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.
Dan is a Certified Financial Planner and Investment Advisor Representative with Mass Mutual in Costa Mesa, CA. With his 30 years’ of experience Dan’s works with business owners and families to reach their financial goals.
Dan started his career as a financial advisor with AXA Advisors where he became a Regional Vice President in San Diego for over 12 years. Dan later served as a Managing Director with MetLife for 15 years which was spun off to Mass Mutual in 2016. He served most his career with MetLife in Northern California & Hawaii where he led five full-service financial services offices throughout Northern California & Hawaii.
As part of MassMutual in Orange County Dan provides comprehensive financial advice to professionals and business owners. He focuses his practice on comprehensive financial planning which includes financial and wealth management, insurance solutions, tax planning, retirement and estate planning. Dan also facilitates company sponsored retirement plans like 401(k)s along with delivering financial education through employers.
Dan also serves on the board as Treasurer of the International School of Orange County and is involved in several projects to promote financial literacy.

Michael Pritchard,
Acclaimed Youth Motivator, Keynote Speaker, Comedian
Trustee
Michael Pritchard has been featured on CNN, NBC’s “The Today Show”, “The Tonight Show”, CBS “Sunday Morning” with Charles Kuralt, “Time” magazine and “People” magazine. His seven educational series for PBS and distribution has been seen by millions and focuses on youth guidance in the areas of violence prevention. “The Power of Choice,” “You Can Choose”, and “Big Changes, Big Choices.”

Forming Heartland Media, he continued with “Red Ribbon Week” and “PeaceTalks” teaching students to make positive choices. “SOS: Saving Our Schools from Hate and Violence,” featured in both Time magazine and on CNN, was filmed after the tragic Columbine disaster. His series “Lifesteps” builds the social and emotional intelligence in youth and has already received the Parents Choice Award.

Paul J Balatti
Trustee
Paul is a managing partner at 2875 Santa Rosa Avenue LLC since 1996 and Owner of Nor Cal Development Co. since 2006. Owner of NorCal Ford equipment Co. from 1979 to 1995, Owner of North Bay Motorsports from 1996 to 2002 and owner of North Bay Marine from 2000 to 2006. Paul has been married for 44 years to Janet Balatti and they have two sons, Jason and John Paul.
Paul has lived in Sonoma since 1979 and his hobbies include Golf and Automobiles.
